Pipe Spools

Fabricating custom pipe spools up to 36" OD, in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. However, other materials are available up to 16" OD, based on special request. Using TIG or Stick Welding Procedures on all our piping spools, depending on our clients preference. Once the Spools are fabricated we then Hydrostatic test all spools to insure structural integrity and asses for leaks.

Skids

Skids can be constructed in our facility for multiple purposes with a portable design, making our systems easier to transport with a small footprint. Before installation all skids are tested and are delivered with test certification to guarantee optimal operation.

Hose Fabrication

We offer a one stop solution for all types of hose assembly needs, including hydraulic hoses, Stainless Steel Braided Hose, flexible hose, rubber hose, willcox hose, teflon hose etc. Combining our Services with Fabrication and Repair, hose welding, crimping, and hydrotest services upon request.

Expansion Joint Fabrication

Bellows prevent abrupt damage of a pipeline do to vibration, impact, and fluids by absorbing vibration and mechanical shock. Expansion joints and rubber bellows are manufactured immediately after requested with individual specification. With our Partners and multiple locations around the world, this allows for unmatched expedited lead times globally.
